We issue a draft to your bank in the amount of your bill. Your bank treats the draft just like a check you write and deducts the amount from your account. We send you a duplicate bill for your records. The results are convenience and no more worries about getting your bill paid if you are traveling. Fixed Income Program Our Fixed Income Program allows individuals that are receiving retirement, social security, or other forms of verifiable fixed incomes to be placed in special billing cycles. This helps insure that these individuals will receive their electric bill around the dates that they receive their income.
