Levelized bills

Our levelized bill plan averages your most recent 11 months' bill with your current month's use. The result is a bill that doesn't have the dramatic seasonal increases, so your bill works better with your budget.

Bank Drafts (Open Bank Draft Application PDF Format)

Our Bank Draft Payment Plan means one less check to write each month. We issue a draft to your bank in the amount of your bill. Your bank treats the draft just like a check you write and deducts the amount from your account. We send you a duplicate bill for your records. The results are convenience and no more worries about getting your bill paid if you are traveling.

**Please note: Email sent to the Billing Department is not sufficient notice for late payment or late payment arrangement and the customer will still be subject to disconnect due to late payment.
