Member Satisfaction Survey

In April, the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association will be conducting a survey by phone or email of CFEC members. Because of the proliferation of phone scams, we know CFEC’s Members will be wary of participating in a survey.

As a precaution, surveyors will not ask for:

  • Personal information, such as your social security number.

  • Your CFEC account number.

  • Money or for you to buy a prepaid gift card to pay your bill.

Members will be given the option to call the Cooperative to confirm the validity of the survey. With these safety precautions in mind, we hope Members will participate. This information will be used to improve our service and commitment to Members.
