Kim holds a bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Brenau University. Prior to working at CFEC, Kim began her career in human resources (HR) at the University of Florida, where she gained 20 years of HR experience. She also spent three years working as a General Manager of a large retail home improvement store. Kim is appointed to several different boards including; CareerSource Florida, The Central Florida Community Action Agency and The Friends of Children. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters boating.
