Our automated outage system uses customer telephone numbers to identify each outage. When you are prompted, using a touch tone phone, enter the telephone number associated with the location that is out of power. Please include the area code.
It is very important that we have your correct telephone number for the location that you are reporting out. If a phone number associated with your account changes, please notify us promptly. This will allow us to better serve you during an outage or severe weather.
