Making a Payment
Providing our members with safe, reliable electricity and convenient ways to make a payment.
CFEC Chiefland and Inglis lobbies are now open.
For the time being, we continue to encourage members to utilize remote payment methods. Members can make payments online through the portal, CFEC Connect app, by mail or auto draft. Please keep in mind if you are making a payment over the phone, call 352-493-2515 or toll free 1-844-434-3962. This is CFEC's new third party payment system SEDC, formerly known as Point and Pay.
Online: CFEC members have the option to pay their bill online by logging in to the member portal. Visit the services tab and click Pay Bill Online. Members can pay online with a credit card or e-check.
For members using the third party payment system Doxo, please be aware that payments made through this system are delayed and can take up to a week for CFEC to receive the member's payment.
Mobile App: The CFEC Connect app gives members the option to pay on their iPhone or Android smartphones/tablets. The app also shows members their usage history and allows them to manage their account. The app accepts credit and debit cards.
In Office: Members can stop by our main office in Chiefland, district offices in Cross City or Inglis to pay. CFEC accepts cash, check and money orders. There are also drop boxes located at each office where members can leave their check. Please note that CFEC does not accept cash in the drop box.
Bank Locations: CFEC members also have the option to make payments at Drummond Community Bank or Lafayette State Bank in Bell.
Phone: SEDC gives members the option to make payments over the phone. Call 352-493-2515 or 1-844-434-3962. See the message above for more information on our recent switch to our third party payer, SEDC.
