Connect the BLAST u4m to power outlet.

Home Network RouterRouter plugged into an electric socket

When the LED is flashing red, you can pair the BLAST u4m with the BLAST u6. Press and hold the WPS buttons on the BLAST u4m and then the BLAST u6 for 3 seconds each (less than 30 seconds apart). The LED will flash green while attempting to pair.

Note: Once successful pairing is complete, the BLAST and GigaMesh LEDs will both show a solid cyan (light blue) color. It may take several minutes to reach this state.

Use the solid green LED indicator ( displays for 60 seconds at end of pairing cycle) to determine ideal location for the GigaMesh. If necessary, relocate it to a more ideal distance from the BLAST and confirm successful pairing after the GigaMesh reboots (repeating steps 2-3 as needed).

Example showing the Blast u4m location ideal distrance from the Blast u6. Ideal: is a green light steady state and a slow blink or 1000 mscec indicates to move the Blast u4m closer to the Blast u6. A fast blink indicates the Blast u4m should be moved farther away from the Blast u6.

If applicable, use the Command IQ app to set up the BLAST. See the Command IQ Quick Start Guide for guidance.
