Grassroot Efforts
Concern for the community is the 7th Cooperative Principle and one that CFEC strives to maintain. Meeting with our local legislators gives CFEC the chance to voice the concerns our cooperative and community members. Meeting with the legislators that serve CFEC's service territory gives us an opportunity to learn about energy policies and how they affect rural America, specifically rural north Florida. Co-ops Vote is another campaign that CFEC participates in to promote voter registration among co-op members.
